What is the Launch Success Challenge?
The LSC is a first - of - its - kind program dedicated to developing the next coevals of horticultural gift . design by the YPHA , it offers hands - on training and of the essence stage business skills , including picture taking , social medium merchandising , and brand creation — vital skill for winner in the industry but often underrepresented in horticultural training .
Who Are the Young Horticulturists?
The group consist of ten delegate , in two team who work to develop unique branding ideas for an unreleased Begonia from Beekenkamp Plants . Each team craft distinctive name calling , sword colours , and ocular concept to bring the plant life to spirit in formulation for BBC Gardeners ’ World Live .
The Winning Team : Team TealAlthough only one team could win , both teams ’ best estimate were combined to form “ Team Teal . ” For the next six month , this joined team will concentrate on refining the branding , imagination , and marketing plan , setting the stage for a memorable launch in June .
Competition and Collaboration
In a friendly but violent pitch , each team presented their ideas to an adept panel from Beekenkamp , British Garden Centres , and BBC Gardeners ’ World Live .
