Fiery - red-hot Habanero Madagascar pepper from the garden

For as far back as I can remember – I have always loved anything hot !   As a nestling – my acquaintance and I would put as many red - hots into our mouths as we could fit – and then wince in pain until the heat built up to unbearable levels . It proceed on today for both Mary and I – whether it ’s chilly , salsa or whatever – our motto is –   the red-hot the well !

blue peppers in world-wide have become a “ hot ” token among gardener ( defective joke , I make love ! ) . There are raw variety out every year – in all types of shapes , coloration and heat levels . For some , they can be intolerable to exhaust – but there are many other enjoyment –   and not all of them result in your face turning red and you break up out in a cold swither ! 🙂

We enjoy making our own hot pepper chip , smoke chipotle peppercorn and chili powder

Hot peppers can be used as appetizers , main dish aerial , indium soups , for pestilence and insect ascendance , and to make some fantastic snag and powders – include a formula we will portion out late this summer – our own chili powder .

We grow at least 8 to 10 varieties of red-hot peppers each season – and strain a few more fresh ones each year .   This year ’s Modern choice – the Chinese Lantern – was an heirloom seed we picked up on a trip down in the south this past winter . So far – it has fared well – with thumb sized royal fruits that do indeed resemble a Taiwanese lantern .   They are also pack with heat !

We thought for today ’s gardening post – we would share some of our best use for our home - grown hot peppers in the kitchen and around the house and landscape painting . experience costless to leave us a comment on way you utilise yours as well … we always love to find Modern means to heat it up with hot capsicum pepper plant .   Here are way we do :

Garden Control For Rabbits and Small Animals :

We use our red-hot pepper plants in the garden to help dissuade pest from make luncheon and dinner or collation - metre in our garden .   We plant the outer rows of our garden in our hot pepper – and then maturate them in between our tomato works as well to help deter critters .   It has worked well over the eld – most animals are not very happy with the gustatory modality of a hot pepper !

Hot And Spicy Juice :

If you like red-hot and savory juices , or a good bloody merry – then you will be intimate this formula using fresh spicy pepper :( Hot and Spicy Tomato Juice Recipe ) .   We like to drink it fresh –   append a little zest to boring older tomato juice – but it does make a beggarly fucking merry !

Drying For Spices

Soups :

Pest   and Critter Control

This was a theme in a recent post of ours . you may use your own fresh or dry out hot peppers to help control insects and plague in the garden and landscape .   Not only will it kill aphids and other diminutive pests – it ’s a great deterrent to many more bugs too ! Appetizers :
