Phlox, daisies, and other favorites
Today we ’re confabulate the garden of Lilian Morourke .
My preferred plants in summertime have to be daisies and phlox . They put on such a show for most of the summertime and into the fall . Along with my other favorites , my garden show up well the whole season . I wish my garden to receive people in . I live in Ontario and have been garden for 35 years . The nice thing about gardening is that it ’s constantly switch — always clean and always entertaining .
Lilian say that she likes her garden to receive the great unwashed in , and this certainly await welcome to me ! The white arbor makes a beautiful entry , and the nipping green forage invites you to take the air around and enjoy all the flowers along the fencing .

Presenting a direct contrast to the bright annuals under wind chimes , a lawn cart reminds us that a garden like this , while a joyfulness , is also a lot of study .
White shasta daisies ( Leucanthemum×superbum , Zones 5–8 ) seem through a see - through screen of an cosmetic grass .
White shasta daisy and yellow brown - eyed Susans ( Rudbeckiafulgida , Zones 3–9 ) surround a Bronx cheer bath .

White phlox ( Phloxpaniculata , Zones 4–8 ) mingling with whitened variegated grass and white shasta daisy make a beautiful backdrop to a crushed - maintenance container planted with colorful succulent .
A half - open gate with bloom peeking through just solicit you to enter and see what beauties are on the other side .
Big masses of a white garden phlox , perhaps the multifariousness ‘ David ’ . I can almost reek it through the calculator screen !

quixotic pale pink roses .
Any birds that move into this little birdhouse would have about the most beautiful neighborhood imaginable , altogether surrounded by beautiful prime .
