Members of the North Dakota legislative assembly have introduced a bill that would allow for the direct sale of raw Milk River and raw milk products from producer to consumer . If passed , the new law would deal a blow to Union hegemony over the State . TheTenth Amendment Centereducates citizens on states ’ rights that have been eroded and usurped by the malefactors in Washington . For those who ask a reminder , the tenth amendment of the US Constitution register : The powers not depute to the United States by the Constitution , nor prohibited by it to the States , are reserve to the States respectively , or to the people .
