She says , “ The 13 - year cicadas have invade the mid - west and we get word their daily mating call , see the exo - skeletons on the trees and in the G , plus are fortunate to have several land on our wearable throughout the day , but I found this fella in my garden on a lily peak . The colour of the cicada ’s oculus   is a perfect match to the lily . As the expression goes , “ looker is in the heart of the beholder”and this made my solar day as   a nurseryman who enjoys photographing the efflorescence and the insects ! ” Thanks , Susan !
