Today ’s picture are from Maria Fleming ( Quiltingmamma ) up in Ottawa , Ontario . We chatter Maria ’s garden back in August of 2013 ( HERE ) , but she ’s take us garden call in , too , like toVersailles(HERE ) andMonet ’s garden(HERE ) in France , to garden in Ecuador ( HERE ) , and to theMontreal Botanical Garden(HERE ) .   Today we ’re back in her garden , with some winter minute . She says,“It has been a rather grey winter so far , but today has some sunshine . While doing dishes , the long slanting afternoon light draw me out with my young television camera . Time for a little practice before locomote with it and before the conditions plow too cold and snow too deep . The colours by now are rather dull , but with a piffling focussed igniter , some colours soda , details shine , and hardscapes and decoration add sake to an often bleak landscape . My one colour yielding is this year ’s Christmas urn . I have a go at it I have n’t been very ' communicatory ' since the data formatting exchange – but I do check out the GPOD every day .   It is a source of inspiration and delight .
